BANDON Drives the Transformation and Upgrading of Agriculture and Fishery

Amid the rapid modernization of agriculture, forestry, animal husbandry, and fishery, achieving sustainable development and minimizing environmental impact—while maintaining production efficiencyhas become a critical challenge shared across the industry. In recent years, driven by technological advancements and strong state support for the new energy sector, air-source heating has emerged as a highly efficient and eco-friendly solution for the industry's energy transition. It has not only optimized energy structures but also spearheaded a powerful "green revolution," paving a new path toward sustainable development.

Leveraging exceptional innovative technology and a track record of long-term, stable performance, BANDON has established itself as a market leader in high-capacity commercial variable-frequency air-source heating systems. With 26 years of deep expertise in core heat pump technology, the company is rapidly becoming a preferred choice for heat supply in these sectors, delivering stable, efficient, and environmentally friendly solutions that drive the industry toward a greener, more sustainable future.

Changji Shrimp Greenhouse Heating Project

Project Location: Changji City, Xinjiang Uyghur Autonomous Region

Equipment Selection: 12 units (30 HP each)

Heating Area: 15,552 m²

Heating Terminals: Radiators + stainless steel piping (for water heating)

Located in Changji City, Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region, this project represents an innovative fishery modernization initiative. It involved transforming and upgrading traditional vegetable greenhouses into modern shrimp-farming facilities to meet market demand for high-quality aquatic products and to drive the structural optimization and upgrading of the local fishery industry.

The project covers a heating area of 15,552 square meters across six shrimp-farming greenhouses. BANDON provided a customized solution featuring twelve 30-HP commercial variable-frequency heat pump units; each greenhouse is equipped with two of these units and a biomass boiler to ensure uniform temperature distribution and create an optimal growth environment for the shrimp. For the heating distribution system, a combination of radiators and stainless-steel piping was employed to accommodate the needs of different zones and seasonal variations, thereby further enhancing heating efficiency and comfort.

The successful implementation of the Changji shrimp greenhouse heating project has injected new vitality into the sustainable development of the fishery industry. In the near future, this project is set to become a showcase for the local fishery sector, leading the industry toward greater efficiency, environmental friendliness, and sustainability.

Greenhouse Heating Retrofit Project in Tumd Left Banner

Project Location: Hohhot, Inner Mongolia

Equipment Selection: 13 units (55 HP)

Heating Area: 10,500 m²

Heating Terminals: Fan coil units + underfloor heating

Greenhouse Heating Project for Figs and Papayas in Wendeng

Project Location: Weihai, Shandong

Equipment Selection: 4 units (40 HP each)

Heating Area: 4,000 m²

Heating Terminals: Fan coil units

The greenhouse heating system originally utilized air-source heating equipment from another brand; however, the equipment's performance proved inadequate to meet the high heating demands of winter operations, thereby hindering crop growth and compromising both yield and quality. Following rigorous market research and technical evaluation, the project opted to comprehensively upgrade the existing system using advanced and reliable BANDON heat pump technology. This initiative aims to enhance heating efficiency, reduce energy consumption, and ensure optimal crop growth quality.

Covering a total heating area of 4,000 square metersincluding multiple greenhouses dedicated to fig and papaya cultivationthe system employs four 40-horsepower BANDON units paired with fan coil units. This configuration ensures a uniform and stable warm environment throughout the greenhouses, providing ideal conditions for crop growth.

BANDON plays an increasingly vital role in the agriculture, forestry, animal husbandry, and fishery sectors, offering not only eco-friendly heating solutions but also significant economic benefits. It enhances operational efficiency, lowers energy consumption and carbon emissions, and reduces environmental pollution; furthermore, its intelligent control systems maximize energy utilization and cut operating costs.

Looking ahead, driven by continuous technological advancements and supportive policies, BANDONs variable-frequency heat pumps are poised for even broader application across these industries, contributing to the realization of green and sustainable development goals.
