2025 Industrial Heat Pump Exhibition

From June 4 to 6, the 2025 Industrial Heat Pump Exhibition (part of the World Environmental Expo) was held at the National Exhibition and Convention Center in Shanghai. The event showcased energy-saving products ranging from industrial heat pumps and waste heat recovery equipment to compressors, fans, and motors, aiming to expand heat pump applications and highlight one-stop energy-saving solutions; BANDON participated in the event, showcasing the capabilities of its variable-frequency high-temperature heat pump products.




Industrial energy consumption accounts for over 60% of the national total, making it the primary sector for energy use in my country; however, more than half of this energy is converted into waste heat—discharged via exhaust gas and wastewater—with only 30% being recovered and reused, resulting in significant waste of potential energy resources. BANDON’s high-temperature heat pump technology captures and repurposes this industrial waste heat to supply the thermal energy required for production processes. This helps enterprises reduce energy consumption and carbon dioxide emissions, delivering substantial economic benefits while simultaneously fulfilling the company's social responsibility to help realize the vision of "carbon neutrality."




BANDON’s all-DC inverter high-temperature heat pump solutions for industrial and specialized applications have garnered widespread attention at the exhibition, thanks to their ultra-durable design. The units feature high-quality, stable, and advanced control chips from Texas Instruments (USA) paired with electronic components from Infineon Technologies (Germany), ensuring reliable operation—without system errors or malfunctions—even under adverse conditions such as motherboard heat buildup, high humidity, or extreme cold. Beyond meeting the high-temperature hot water requirements of sectors like textile printing and dyeing, chemicals, electroplating, food processing, and slaughtering—as well as space heating and bathing needs—the inverter technology delivers superior energy efficiency.




In terms of software, the BANDON all-DC inverter high-temperature heat pump features an advanced intelligent control system that supports multi-port communication, facilitating integration into smart management systems for centralized control. It comes standard with six years of remote connectivity for real-time unit status monitoring. Operational data logging enables convenient analysis and management, thereby enhancing operational efficiency. Additionally, the modular design—featuring independent, mature systems that serve as backups for one another—ensures continuous and stable unit operation.


Despite facing some headwinds in market progress, the heat pump industry remains in a "golden age" of development when viewed through the lens of broader trends.
